Food and timing
If your dog eats during the day, tell us what, how much and when. Label their food clearly and let us know about anything they shouldn’t have. Keep it simple, so it’s easy to follow on a busy morning.
Rest and handling
Tell us how they like to rest, where they settle best and how they prefer to be handled. If something has changed since their last visit, note it at the top so we see it first.
Who’s collecting
Add the name and phone number of whoever is picking up today, especially if it’s someone new. We’ll check in with you if anything about the plan isn’t clear.
