Describe the dogs and places your dog has already met, how they approach company and the little signs that tell you they need some space. A recent example helps us more than a single word like friendly or shy. Add any food and handling preferences you’d like us to follow.
Plan a gentle introduction
We start with an introduction on Clover Street so your dog can explore, meet the team and take things in at their own pace. Tell us what settling looks like at home and anything that helps them relax, and bring your questions about the day.
Get the drop-off ready
Pack their usual food if they eat during the day, a note with anything new and the name of whoever is collecting. Drop-off starts at 7:00 am on weekdays, and pick-up is by 7:00 pm. On Saturdays we’re open 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
